Is this COVID Safe?
The SASS Party complies with the guidelines set out by the Victorian Roadmap. We are also working closely with St. Kilda Town Hall to meet their COVIDSafe Venue plan.
We care deeply about the health and safety of our members and feel that, at 90% vaccination rates, we can throw in-person events without posing a significant risk.
In addition:
- All attendees must check in and present proof of vaccination on arrival.
- Those who are medically exempt from vaccination can contact the organiser directly via our contact form.
- Masks are not required, but preferred while not eating or drinking.
- If density limits apply, we will update this space and cap the number of people allowed inside (this will be reflected on EventBrite).
Are the drinks free?
SASS ’21 is open bar thanks to our generous sponsors, Brick Lane Brewing and Rob Dolan Wines.
Is the food free?
We have a fixed tab on the food truck, so get in early! The food truck will continue to operate after the tab has run out, but attendees will pay for their own food.
Are tickets essential?
Resounding yes.
You can get your ticket on our Eventbrite page. Free for members of the host organisations (see home page), $20 for everyone else.
When is the deadline to get my ticket?
You can get your ticket right up until the party begins. Just let us know at check-in if you’ve acquired yours less than 24 hours in advance.
Can I get a refund if SASS is postponed due to COVID?
Absolutely. However we have a backup date reserved if things don’t go to plan, so we hope you can still make it!
